>Week 1 – wee!

Weight Watchers Week 1 done
Starting Weight: 186
Current Weight: 181.8
Target Weight: 150
Short Term Goal: lose 9 pounds to make my 10% Weight Watchers loss.
Struggles – flippin’ MOPS this week was “chocolate spa” day – they had chocolate all over every table and a chocolate FOUNTAIN….it sucked, but I didn’t eat ANY! Yay me!
Goals this coming week – stick to tracking and DRINK MORE WATER.

So far so good people.
