>30 Day Shred – Day 4

>Maybe a little less hellish today.

I managed to deepen some of my moves…following Natalie a little more instead of focusing only on Anita. And I jumped all the way off the floor for jump rope but then I was like WHEEEEEZE pant pant pant pant WHEEEEEEZE. Heh.

I made it through the whole thing, and the only pause I made was one time during the pushups. They hurt my neck, and I paused to stretch it a bit. Not too bad.

AND THEN, and then and then and then….I did the 8 minute Abs tape TOO!!!

I RULE!
